Expert's Audit : Understanding cultivation

The truth is hidden

The Jean-Pierre Cousinié Agricultural-Environmental Method facilitates understanding of the nature and functioning of vital exchanges: soil - roots - vinestock - foliage - air.

Analysis of living things is witness to the biological and biomineral activity of your crop growing. Without this intimate comprehension, there would be no vintage wines.

Becoming familiar with living things

  • Vigor of vinestock by variety: age, grafts, identification of diseases, parasites, rooting.
  • Wood analyses: these provide an exceptionally reliable history, by casting light on risks of toxicity or deficiencies in the make-up of phloem-woody tissues.
  • Limb analysis: we carry out a decisive physiological examination of leaf structure quality and the richness of its photosynthesis.
  • Berry analysis: this gives us precise information regarding mineral components. As an adjunct to limb analysis, it provides us with the status of fruit at a time “T”.

Owing to our progress in the historical preparation of the unique reference system and our fine-tuned interpretations, the analyses are interpreted for our own use.

These conclusions will serve as a starting point for your reflections when it comes to reestablishing a suitable growing plan, one that is profitable for your vineyard.
