Méthode Cousinié : Recherche et développement

In order to substantiate the agricultural potential offered by the , we have been looking for scientific partners capable of performing a complete series of analyses (soil, subsoil, wood, leaves and berries).

Our analytical laboratories, certified for the Méthode Cousinié®, ensure highly reliable results from a technical and scientific standpoint, under conditions required for rigorous and pertinent interpretation.
By envisioning, organizing and validating the applicability of analytical procedures, these laboratories help us to determine as objectively as possible the physical-chemical and biochemical data linked to knowledge of the ‘terroir’.

Drawing from direct collaboration, we have perfected new analytical guidelines for studying the make-up of limbs, the components of wood, as well as of grapes.

The wealth of data acquired for more than 30 years from countless land plots has enhanced the creation of the reference system known as Référentiel Méthode Cousinié®.
With the Méthode Cousinié® RAM, the reference system is strengthened by continuously adding daily data from our agricultural reports and services.

The outlook arising from this wide body of knowledge is enormous. In the long run, it will create paths for merging wine quality and agricultural processes.
Nowadays, the force of our recommendations stems from scientific rigor as well as from our meticulous interpretations.
